I am having my assessment tomorrow at home. We have wrote a diary of my day to day living. Do I give it to the assessors tomorrow? Also I read that you can ask the pepole dealing with my claim for the report what exactly do I ask for and when can I ask for it please thank you. . Absolutely dreading it I haven't slept a wink

Yes, give the assessor a copy of your diary tomorrow.

There's a section in the PIP Claim guide that covers the assessment and the questions you are likely to be asked.

I would give it a couple of days and then you can contact the DWP office dealing with your claim to request a copy of the assessment report.

PIP Decisions are taking about 2-4 weeks at the moment.
