Permitted Work Withdrawl? was created by metrorider
I’m currently in reciept of ESA income related, support group. I suffer from a personality disorder and although it varies from day to day, vastly affects my ability to maintain stability as regards working with others.
I’m currently in my reassessment phase which was returned in August and have not heard anything about that decision as yet. I have however contemplated doing some dog walking under PW rules as self em0loyed for a while as it could work with my disorders. I have filled out a PW1 and am awaiting permission to start it.
My dilemma is with the new WCA exemption rules announced today about future assessments for people with long term permanent conditions. Have I jumped the gun and jeopardised my position in the Support Group?
Do you think I ought to withdraw my PWK request whilst still in reassessment phase?

At this time there is no clarification on who may be excused from further reassessment, the information currently available could cover a significant number of SG claimants or only a handful!

As to the PW, we can't advise, you should do what you feel is the right thing for you.
