Had my home assessment today but the lady wouldn't accept my day to day living diary and also another sheet of paperwork I had missed sending with the original form. She has given me an address to send them to, which is a data protection sar teams address in Cardiff. Is this the correct address? Surely I should send them to the office that is dealing with my claim. Tia

They should have taken the copies so you might want to think about a complaint.

You are not going to get them to the assessor before the write their report so I would send them to the DWP office dealing with your claim, include a letter explaining that the assessor refused to take them.

You should be able to request a copy of the report next week, by contacting the DWP.

PIP Decisions are currently taking about 2-4 weeks.
