Don't know if anyone can help. I have a disabled friend who just had her Industrial Injuries Benefit stopped despite having been left seriously disabled by her injuries only a few years ago. She had an assessment and a mandatory reconsideration and apparently as of the middle of September she is no longer materially affected by the injury - despite it causing serious permanent disability. She is going for tribunal but if anyone has any advice they can offer about this it would be gratefully received. She gets PIP at the higher rate, but I think she's worried that they might try to take that off her too. Thanks all.
I'm afraid we do not advise on IIDB on the forum, they can try getting face to face advice by doing an internet search for "welfare advice" with their postcode, town or county.
