PIP reassessment was created by Jenayb
Hello
Just a quick question if you could please advise. My previous PIP was awarded by the Tribunal until 2018, I have reassessment which I submitted the forms to the DWP and now have have a f2f. If after this f2f the assessor awards 0 points again, will my PIP stop until I go through the process of appealing again or does the Tribunals decision of awarding me until 2018 stand? I'm getting extremely anxious about the whole situation. I have just returned back from the hospital due to having a severe anxiety attack due to the stress of this.

I am sorry but the new Decision supersedes the Tribunal Decision so your PIP payments will stop with effect from the date of the Decision, PIP is paid four weekly in arrears so you should receive at least a final part payment.

You will have to go back through the MR and appeal process again.

If you have further questions then please reply to this post and we will do our best to help.
