Hi I've been turn down pip on mandatory reconsideration I have several illnesses the assessor lied on forms my illnesses
Fibromyalgia,Lupus,Hidradenitis Suppertiva,Depression,Morton neuroma in right foot ,Vit d deficiency,B12 defiencny ,restless leg syndrome ,arthritis but the assessor ignored all illnesses said I wasn't in pain and on no medication I've had to cut my days at work can't go out in sun work were / are trying to get rid of me under capability issues ,totally had enough the stress of it all is making illnesses worse n I'm close to just not bothering we any of it any more including work any help much appreciated

Although it is important for you to detail your condition, PIP looks at the limitations that result from them and your ability to complete a range of day to day activities, are you happy that you have explained your problems with these activities in sufficient detail in your PIP2 to show that you should score the points needed for an award.
You need to be able to complete the activities reliably and on the majority of days not to score, so if you have problems with how you complete the activities then explain this as part of your appeal. See our PIP Claim guide for more details.

Once your appeal is accepted the DWP will prepare their submission to the hearing and send you a copy, whilst you should wait until you receive this to finish and submit your own, you should start to prepare your own case, an increased award will only be made by your showing that you score the extra points for one, so I would start by going back through your PIP2, the assessment report and the PIP Claim guide to see how you might show this is the case.
