Esa medical assessment

Hi all despite joining this site I have to go for a medical il be honest I'm scared I'm 60yrs old and have fibromyalgia and depression I know in my heart of hearts I'm not going to get it,please has anyone got any help I could use to get me through this Friday 13th. I can honestly see me lining up the pills if I don't get it because I know I couldn't keep up with a job most weeks I don't step out of house because I feel so I'll . Wish me luck
