when is it advisable to put your submission in, i have waited 4months for tribunal date, still waiting, i was told to leave my submission till after i knew the date or close to the date of the tribunal , i just feel like sending it now, although i know this may delay the date of the tribunal so copies can be sent to other parties involved.

There are two criteria you need to consider;
1. your submission must be with the Tribunal Service no later than 7 days before your hearing. 2. subject to (1) you should not send it until you are happy that you have made the best case that you can that you meet the criteria for an award.
