the new guidance in BW news was created by DRAGON2009
I read the news section and I wonder quite how they will decide this qurestion of whether one will have a condition for the rest of the life. I am thinking of my own situation with a primary diagnosis of Personality Disorder. Even in the DWP A to Z of medfical conditions it describes such as lifelong with no major change likely. Will soneone just decide on your case ( whether it gets reassessed) on the papers rather than sending out the usual forms ?> Will they write to the Gp ? I have no idea how they will go about this. Any other info available just yet ? and from what point will this new approach be adopted ?
