Completing new PIP claim form was created by lynne bryne
Hi, I only received my PIp from DLA in may last year, following a successful, but stressful appeal. I was awarde it for 3 years.This had been from November 2015. I have now received my PIP claim form, really well ahead of the deadline of November 2018, which has to be completed by November 5h.2017.Can you signpost me to where I can get advice on how to complete this form successfully as I made a complet hash of the last PIP claim, which I think contributed to my needing to go to appeal.
I can't see anything on the site which deals specifically with the new form and I could do with knowing which parts of it are trying to trip me up! I really am not sure I could face the stress of another appeal. I have stage 3-4 kidney disease, which is never going to improve as part of my kidneys have been killed by my immune system, so I don't know how they can think it would get better but I'm sure they'll try to. Can you help please?
