pip appeal was created by gixxacath
hello.yesterday i receive my appeal pack and as soon as i see them i worry as some of the things make me out to be a lier ,not a mixed up no decision making in me ,there making out i am not asbad as i am ,any one help

It's quite normal for the assessment report to be at odds with the claimants own statements about their disabilities, you should address these in your submission for the appeal, but this should be a secondary task to your making sure that you show that you have shown that you meet the criteria to score the points needed for an award, as this will be what the Tribunal panel will be looking at primarily.

Often it is not the evidence that is the problem but the way it is read ( or not )
All the evidence is in place so forget about the assessors report and treat your appeal like a new claim. Take each descriptor one at a time and reference it to specific pages and paragraphs in you evidence. Say what points you should have received and why. Lead the panel to the right part of the evidence so it is "idiot proof"
