Dwp telling lies not being honest pip appeal

I have received pip appeal letter. And in it they have the esa I attended at the esa medicle. My husband told the assessor that he helps me to was and get dressed and he does my dissertation box etc now they are saying that I said. I can dress myself it's all lies

yes i understand ,i have received the BIG pack but they have said because i got some more supporting evidence off my doctor i have told my doctor what to say ? my doctor has been my doctor for 20 odd years he knows about my dissabilities when i told him i was offered pip standard he typed out a letter i went home read it properly and when i went back i said the letter hasnt much detail on as the advice burow said more detail would help ,i didnt have to pay my doctor and i didnt tell him what to say i couldnt see what he was writing.
