Assessors report arrived this morning

Hello. After reading the assessays report when it arrived this morning it seems I have scored more than enough points to qualify for high rate mobility and care, can the dwp still award differently or are those scores set in stone. After all the stress and anxiety I've been through I don't want to get my hopes up. Also how long afterwards does it usually take for them to make their decision and write to me. T.I.A

The Decision Maker can go against the assessor's recommendation - but they rarely do so. When they do, it would be good grounds for an appeal.

I would expect the decision letter to take at least a couple of weeks, possibly longer.
