ESA award notice sent yet review not done... was created by paradox
Hi I am under going an ESA review, sent in ESA50 a few weeks ago and Saturday the 14th I get an award notice come though saying support group. I call to confirm this is correct and get told review still ongoing, this letter was sent because they update my GP? made no sense but ok I accept it. Yesterday (21st) I get another award letter, same wording etc as the last. This is disgusting and cruel! Now I do not know why this latest letter has been sent as last Monday it had not been done, but to keep sending false hope is just not right! I get them weekends when I cannot call to find out. Its bad enough going through this without adding to the pain!

Paradox
Communications about ESA are pretty poor and have been complicated this year by the DWP having to reissue the Entitlement letter as the original was so badly worded, I'm afraid all you can do is ring again to confirm whether a Decision has been made.
