My REAL 'concern' ( - to say the least) remains that the PIP2 form has clearly NOT been updated ( - ever, if would seem).
Yes, the questions for the activities reasonably need to prompt the information which will match up well with the actual (score receiving) descriptors in LAW, and the never-updated form fails to do that.
Its therefore understandable that so many people who never find the descriptors, are likely to have foreseeably poor outcomes to their assessments.
Is it that the DWP is determined to keep the precise descriptors and the scoring that goes along with those well out of the 'public domain'. (Or are the descriptors somewhere on the DWP or .Gov sites ? ? ?)
Of course, BW will be very aware that of the foreseeable harm depriving those who rely on benefits (PIP and others) to survive can and does cause. People have sadly died after poor or completely unjust decisions, I understand.
