Many thanks for that guys, it really helps, or explains what I though it was.

So I guess now, since I already have a full 35 years of pension credits for a full pension, I will go Self Employed, and do nothing, each month I'll pay the reduced NI Stamp as I'll be on low earnings "Nothing" then at least in a few years times I'll have the NI Stamps that's needed to make a successful claim, (in their eyes)
As being 60, and unable to work ,I'm just amazed at how the benefit system has detreated to such an extent that people can be left to struggle on, having a very un-happy life when they become un-fit to work.
As said I am lucky I have a little to fall back on, and I'd love to work again as being a prisoner in your own home kills me. I can see why no one "Saves" anymore as it goes against you, when it comes to trying to claim anything, should you have an accident.
