Pip revew apply was created by MR S A MILON

Pip revew application form after January, 2018, what should I do? How can I prepare, please any valuable kind advice , I have got metal calcaneum plates with 15 screws in my left ankle with severe gout pain, & so many conic disabled illness , any valuable adisease , Many Thanks, Mr Milon
