Just new to this need some info to if I can claim pip for my emphasemia and incontinence as tried about 6 yr ago with same probs an got refused

PIP is not awarded for a condition but rather the limitations that result from it, so you will need to explain the problems you have on a daily basis with completing each of the PIP activities.
Have a look at our PIP Claim guide for an explanation of the criteria that you will need to meet it also explains how the criteria will be applied.
