This isn't a toughening up of the Tribunal Service, I'm afraid this is specific to your appeal.

There's no value in my looking at a couple of pages of information when the Tribunal panel will be looking at all the documents involved in your claim, which I am guessing must be close to a 100 pages or more.

A new panel may take a different view on whether your current award is in danger, but as the warning has been issued you will have little recourse to the UTT if they still remove the award.

If you have access to trained advice from the CAB and MIND, my recommendation is to discuss the issue with them.

Thank you.
All advice so far received has been that I have an abundance of definate evidence.
The support worker with me had been to many previously Aa's had her colleagues and they are mystified and frankly horrified.

Can you answer if it's standard for the letter to state that this panel will not be involved in the next tribunal?
Is this a rule?
Thank you again

I can't see anything obvious in the Bench Book, which contains the rules for Tribunals, that a new panel is specifically required at an adjournment, my best guess is that there was concern that the panel might not remember all the facts of the first hearing and that this might lead your right to a fair hearing being compromised.

Obviously a new panel would have no such burden and would start from scratch again.
