TOPIC: Pip appeal

Pip appeal 3 weeks 1 day ago #200377

Re pip application which I am appealling - Hello - Have sent off bundle some time back. About a month ago, after having sent bundle off to tribunal DWP sent me through papers which said to attach these papers to the bundle? Do I just sent these papers to the tribunal. Also I have collapsed a couple more times - is it a good idea for me to add this as additional evidence
Thankyou for advice

The bundle is the DWP's submission to your appeal, they will have already sent a copy to the Tribunal Service, you need to go through the papers to make sure that there are no issues that you need to deal with.

It won't hurt to mention your collapsing but the appeal panel can only take account of your conditions as they were at the time of the Decision being appealed so they may not take account of them.
