TOPIC: Pip assessment

Pip assessment 3 weeks 1 day ago #200404

I’m having an assessment on Monday and I’m so stressed out. Not only not eating and sleeping I’ve been physically sick with it all
My Neuro psychologist has already wrote a supporting letter but they are now asking for a factual report from my GP what can I ask from my GP to write for me

Taking your post literally, you should not ask your GP to write anything, doing so could undermine the report.

A better approach would be for you to speak to your GP to see if they have any questions about how your illnesses effect you.
