PIP Review form AR1 help needed please

Hi,

I have to fill in my PIP review form. Do I answer the questions as in - have I got worse than I actually was at the time of my previous award or do I answer as in I have got worse than they said I was at the time of my previous award.
The way I actually was and the way they said I was (i.e. the difference between how bad I said I was and how bad they thought I was) was very different.

E.g, mobility - I said I can't walk 20 meters (which is still the same) but they said I can walk 20-50 meters (which was wrong!).
So if I say worse than I was is this worse than being able to walk 20-50m or worse than not being able to walk 20m (how anyone can be worse at walking than not being able to walk is beyond me!)

Any ideas please? This is also the case for the washing category, the dressing category and the preparing food category.

For preparing food I said I couldn't do it at all and my partner has to prepare all meals, they said I could do it.

I'm assuming that I'm filling it in to say that I am worse than they said I was at the last assessment.

I also have no further evidence to give as the only thing that happened was a physio referral which i went to once and couldn't continue with because I was too ill (I have asked for the physio to call me to ask for a letter but he hasn't called back). I can hopefully get a GP letter but they completely ignored this last time. My last letter stated that I couldn't walk more than 10m.
I have no adaptations to the house because we in the process of moving,
