Hello Gordon !

I have now received the decision letter from the DWP, I am going to ask for a MR and my question to you is ,

Can I just write and say

"I am writing to ask you to reconsider your decision dated 14-11-2017 about my Personal Independence Payment claim,
I believe the decision did not properly take into account how my disabilities affect me."

Can I just write that ?

I don't expect my decision to be overturned and I do expect to have to go to appeal,

Then when I appeal to go to appeal I will write a very detailed account especially for the appeal.
I don't really care how long the whole thing takes as long as I get the right decision in the end and I have more chance at appeal then I do off the DWP who work in conjunction with the F2F assessors.

If a person cannot walk more than 15metres without being in very bad pain what would be the correct option in your view to pick on the descriptor ?

Also is a Taxi viewed as public transport by the DWP ?

What about a taxi being public transport ? I ask because the assessor said I can plan the route of a journey via using a taxi.
