Continued. Requested doc assement letter on the 6/11 via phone and also rang same day to DWP and requested call back to inform of internet to as for Mandatory Reconsideration .Got 24 hour call back at 1pm. Female unhelpful. I said they no longer send decision letters out automatically when reducing to wrag. So I asked her to post it for me to read and dispute. Also infirmed her the mandatory reconsideration from ourselves would be sent tomorrow via registered post. Using your template and my own reasons for requesting mandatory reconsideration which is 2 pages long, without seeing either report yet.. Already they have used the 1st tactic of unfair practice in your guides. As she told me I cannot request mandortary reconsideration until I have the 2 document's that i tend to challenge. This is a joke. The mandatory reconsideation request letter is posted with or without her bad advice tomorrow the 8/11. So we're waiting for the post man. I will be ringing back by Friday as both women said they would be posting them after my phone calls. We shall see. She tried challenging me regarding my already written mandatory reconsideration request letter. I stated without seeing either papers I requested. The assessment was rearranged by them. I struggled alone filling in sons form due to 3rd nervous breakdown this year. Our support worker from Headway could not assist at the second appointment at the assessement centre as she was fully booked. Despite clearly stating son could neither do the form and due to brain injury after stroke I told them I may need to explain things better. That the assessment was rushed. Being told to shut up as it was not my assessment. That important information would have been overlook and was disregarded. Despite telling them he is very compliant with outside agencies I often have to contradict my son tactfully so as not to humiliate him. ...... So according to the DWP I have to do the process of ringing up again and repeat the calls I've already made yesterday and today. Once I have the info I want to challenge despite the fact I would never have received it anyway. Very crafty. If they dismiss the letter I'm sending tomorrow I will tell them on Friday that is unlawful and delaying tactics. Spoiling the chances of doing this process in the time scale aloud. Yes I asked for extra time too in the letter. Hey ho. And the fun begins.Stressed to the Max.

To confirm, there are no extra "hoops" that you need to jump through in order to request an MR, your letter is sufficient!
