Hi, my wife has just had her P.I.P. reassessment home visit. She has new medical evidence which she showed to the assessor. My wife was told to send the new information in but was not given an address. We don't know if it's to be sent to the DWP or Capita.
I wonder if you could advise and possibly give us an address?
Thanks, Ian J.

Send it to the DWP office dealing with your claim, the address should be on any letter you have received about her PIP claim. I would include a covering letter specifically highlighting that the assessor refused to accept the additional evidence as they are required to do.

You should be able to request a copy of the assessment report by contacting the DWP office dealing with her claim.

Decisions usually take 2-4 weeks.
