Situation is been on ESA contribution based for 11 months,no sign of assessment and won't qualify for income related after a year So what happens,I'm pretty sure I would qualify for support group ,but obviously if there's no assessment by 12months do I stay on ESA till assessment. Any advice would be appreciated

Chase Maximus for an update and you might want to consider involving your MP.
If an award is made then you will receive back payment of the award.
If placed in the WRAG then it will be from the beginning of week14 to day 365 of your claim. Payments will then cease but you remain entitled to ESA and if at a future reassessment you are placed in the SG then your ESA(CB) will be re-instated from the date of the Decision.
You will receive NI Credits that count towards a full State Pension. You will not be required to participate in Work Related activity.
If you are placed in the Support Group, then you will receive back payment from the beginning of week 14 onwards. You will also recover the 365 days for receiving ESA(CB).
