I've received a form for renewal pip 1 year before it's due. Is there a section where I can get information on completing this form as it's only asking questions and tick boxes. I'd also like to know what medical evidence I should be sending with this form. The form arrived in post today but it's dated 2/11 so it isn't giving me much time, in addition I've been suffering a bad flare up and on additional medication so really going to struggle getting this form completed on time. Is there any point contacting the DWP for an extension given forms just come in. i also don't have access anymore to my original claim that I put in for pip, is it possible to get a copy from dwp?
