Sending form SSP1 to DWP was created by ka
Hi,

Another quick query.

I have just received form SSP1 from my former employer having resigned from work 9th November. It says they cannot pay me Statutory Sick Pay from 10th November, which is the same day I made my claim for ESA. I am wondering if I need to send the SSP1 to DWP as it says on the form it can be used to claim benefits. Also, if I do need to send it to them do I use the same address that I send my sick notes to?

Thanks so much for your help.
