Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explain where everything is

Welcome to Benefits and Work

In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

I have mode your post to it's own topic, we ask members not to post their questions in others topics as it can lead to the wrong advice being given or taken.

Have you requested a copy of the ESA85 assessment report?

Do you know how you previously qualified for the Support Group?

Did the person on the phone give you time to send additional information? If not then you need to contact the DWP again to request 28 days to send your reasons for requesting the Mandatory Reconsideration.

The most important thing is for you to show that you meet one or more of the SG Descriptors, see our ESA Claim guides for details of these.

If you can answer my questions by replying to this post then we will do our best to help.
