mandatory reconsideration of P.I.P refusal

Hi,i was refused pip and requested a mandatory reconsideration.I suffer with PTSD/agitated depression/anxiety.The decision was 6.10.17 I have sent all supporting information and the appeal request by registered post and they have been delivered well within the month which the DWP state.I have heard nothing from them and my anxiety levels are through the roof.
Can anyone help re the timescale on decisions and when am I informed?

Just to confirm that you mean an MR as your post refers to an appeal as well.

MRs usually take 5-8 weeks although they can occasionally be quicker or longer. If you want an update then contact the DWP office dealing with your claim.
