Going for assesment medical was created by ANN

Hi I am hoping to get some advice 're my forthcoming assessment medical. I have been summoned and am petrified. I have asked for it to be recorded. I followed the advice of the site but my doctor was not very helpful filling in the E113 form can anyone tell me what to expect what to take and what to do. I suffer with osteoarthritis of the neck and spine. I had x rays done in July which confirm that in my lower lumbar region it is severe. I have a carer and take loads of medication. I am a wreck worrying and it's taking it's toll. Also I was awarded this esa support group back in 2013. If this GOES against me will I get any payments and which ones and will I have to get sick notes to send in. I know this is all what if's but life feels like one big what if. Please help with advice.

There's a section on the assessment and the questions you are likely to be asked in the ESA Claim guides.

If you don't receive an award then the only benefits payable during an MR are JSA or Universal Credit but you can receive the ESA Assessment rate if you go onto appeal providing you provide Fit Notes.

Can you tell me if I'm put into work related group can I send in fit notes and still claim esa. SORRY but my reading is not EXCELLENT and I am strugg8to make sense of downloads.

If you are placed in the WRAG then that means that you have an award of ESA, you would not have to provide Fit Notes again.
