Hi, i have recently been awarded PIP, and with this award i have been awarded Severe Disability Premium , Disability Income Guarantee and extra money because i am in the ESA support group. As these benefits have been shunted on to my ESA , i am really worried that should i lose my ESA for whatever reason i would lose these benefits as well. Can anyone please help with this, thank you.

These Premiums are only payable with an Income Related benefit such as ESA(IR), so I'm afraid, if you lose your ESA then they would no longer be payable.

You are not giving ne anything to work with :(

You've asked what would happen to the Premiums if you lose your ESA and I've answered this.

If you did lose your ESA then you can challenge the Decision.

Are you being reassessed?

Hi Gordon,
As i mentioned before i have waited for about 7 months for my ESA reassessment, friends of mine have already been sent their forms are have already had their medicals and they all live in the same area. I am a bit annoyed that the benefits i will be getting because of my PIP assessment which i was totally unaware of and never asked for, could be taken away and i haven't even recieved them yet. My PIP has just started today.

If your conditions have changed since you completed the ESA50 then you can update Maximus with how you are now limited.
