I was sent an ESA50 capability claimpack
This claimpack was filled in and sent back in more than enough time!
My Esa has now been sanctioned due to not them receiving my claimpack!!!!!
Absolutely fuming!!!!
The pack was posted on 12th Nov, with more than enough time for it to get to them...it had a date of 23rd Nov to be returned by....
I've now been told I have t fill yet another pack in and and set up a new
Been told in the meantime I can claim for jsa, hiw can i makeva claim for Jsa as im not capable.....
This stress is really affecting my health!

Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explain where everything is

Welcome to Benefits and Work

In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

Did you send the form using a tracked post so that you have proof of delivery.

Did you keep a copy of the form? If you did and can send it immediately it may be possible to re-activate your original claim.

No I didn't do either, as never ever had a postal problem in the past, but I definitely will be doing from now On!!
They told me to go to nearest dwp office and get another form asap. So yesterday someone fetched one for me, I filled it in (Again), and was told take back to same dwp office and they would scan the completed form over!!
At 8am this morn I had a call from the decision maker telling me my ESA had been reinstated!!!
And guess what??? My original form had miraculously turned up too!
My payment was put straight into my bank!

Thankyou Benefits and work for your helpful guides to help me through the form
