If you state that you cannot do something can they force you to do it? Assessor asked to just try doing some movements when clearly stated that couldn't do it. What do you ask for for the medical report and is it advisable to get it now. Felt pressured and was painful. The disability is plainly obvious with letters from professional to state so. Also supporting companion was not allowed to add any details even though it was clearly explained that the person being assessed had LD as well as physical disabilities. Supporting person was told that if it happened again assessment would be cancelled as non co operative. Explained why details were needed to give a clear picture as the person being assessed was unable to give all the relevant details but just got ignored! What's the best course of action now. Are there grounds for complaint? Thanks
