After having my pip f2f and awarded enhanced on both living and mobility and all very straight forward and fast , i am now having major problems trying to get a copy of the Assessor's report.
I have rung DWP 6 times and each time being told they don't know why it's not being sent and they have marked it to be sent to me but alas still nothing.
I want a copy to put in my files ready for ESA renewal which is due. is there anything else i can do to get a copy?

You can make a formal Subject Access Request for the report

SAR :

www.dwp.gov.uk/docs/request-for-personal-information.rtf

From this page :

If The DWP have fail to comply with the SAR, you can complain to Information Commissioers Office :

www.ico.org.uk/for_the_public/personal_information
