Mobility component after 65 was created by David
If a person has PIP enhanced mobility carried over into retiremnt age, at their next review a miracle has occured and they are now deemed to only meet standard rate, Is it possible to enter a CoC to regain the enhanced rate if their condition again worstens ?
Thanks

I've gone back through the legislation and this scenario is not specifically covered so I think it will be down to a Decision Maker interpreting the Regulations as they are.

The regulations that deny an increased award are closer to the scenario than those that might allow it, especially if there is more than a years separation between the two assessments, so I think that the claimant will remain at the Standard rate. See
