Severe Disability Premium affected by house share?

Hi there,
If a person in receipt of SDP which depends on you living alone and not having a carer (I think)
moves into a room in a house share, just renting the room and sharing kitchen/bathroom facilities, would they lose their SDP because there are other people in the house, even if they don't know them - or is the room counted as their 'household' as I think it is for HB purposes?
Thank you for any advice on this

The requirement is defined in Paragraph 44127 of Chapter 44 of the Decision Makers Guide
