Hello there,

I am currently awaiting confirmation as to whether I require a face to face assessment for my ESA claim.

I have found out that an ESA113 form was sent to my GP surgery, and so I called my GP surgery today, where I was advised by the receptionist that my GP sent the report back last Wednesday.

I requested a copy of the report, however, I was advised that they were unable to supply me with this, and that I would need to ask the DWP.

Is this correct information that I've been given?

No it isn't you are legally entitled to see any information that is part of your medical records and the ESA113 will have been included, the only reason that you would not be allowed would be for medical reasons, but this would be very unusual.
