Im doing my pip review form and there isn't a huge amount of info on the resources on best way to complete it. I'm inclined to put a lot of information down and additional sheets same as when I made my initial claim.
i don't want to just tick no change and leave it as its really worrying me that I'm not putting down the ongoing issues that doing the activity causes. An example that when preparing food that although my arthritis has become worse and that affects my grip strength etc it really makes no difference to the activity because with the other health problems I still can't prepare and cook a meal, so should I put everything down essentially all info in my original claim the activity isn't going to be harder because. I can't do it. So do I do no change or do I explain about the arthritis and include all of the other problems that I put in the original claim. Thanks

You definitely need to explain your problems as they are now.
This form is far from easy to complete, one of the things you need to decide is whether you will be minimal or not, if you decide the latter then you need to provide a detailed response to each question.
Although the form is quite short and asks basic questions you need to remember that you are still being reassessed against the same criteria as you were when you completed the PIP2 and that those assessing you will look at your problems in exactly the same way as they did when you were first assessed.

i was assuming that if I ticked no change that the decision maker looks at my PIP2 questionnaire and all the additional info from a few years ago so essentially I'm repeating the same answers and sending it back to them. I've tried looking through forum to see what other people have done with this form but not seen much on it.
I'd appreciate any thoughts on what way is better for this review form?

Yes, if you tick "no change" then they look at your last PIP2.
So to try and explain my previous comments in more detail. What I am saying is that if you indicate a change then include detailed information, don't rely on the content of your PIP2 even if it means duplicating the information from it.
