HWC phonecall from JC

Hi Gordon and all other moderators,

Hubby receives enhanced PIP for both, after reducing hrs at work, his conditions have deteriorated that he was dismissed from work on medical capabilities, health and safety risk in the workplace and 6 out of the last 9 months off sick due to pain,lack of mobility from spinal cord impingement in the neck. No chance of improvement in the future. Applied for ESA CB a month ago, esa50 returned with GP, consultant evidence etc, now on assessment phase money.

Received letter this morn that JC are ringing him tomm for a ten min call for a HWC and appointment letter to attend JC on Tuesday for a HWC, work focused interview.
My husband cant use a phone as he cant lift due to severe pain ( that is not well managed, hes waiting to see neurosurgeon for op)paralysis etc in arms and can't write except his signature and that's not like it used to be, cant concentrate etc. I rang them to tell them and they said they would speak to me instead tomm, he wont be able to go to the interview as no parking nearby, he cant use a stick and can only mobilse 5 metres on a good day due to paralysis in legs and feet and we've no wheelchair as he cant self propel and im not able to push him. Have looked in your HWC guide but theres no details as to what the phonecall will be qbout only the interview, could you advise what to expect re phonecall? no form to fill in received either.
