Just to let you know, I had the above today - the first I've ever had, after five years in the Support group - and I don't know if Maximus has changed the software or procedure. The health professional was very pleasant but didn't seem to be selecting options on the computer screen. Instead he asked questions and did a lot of typing. Many of the questions did cover the subjects on the form but several didn't. He had a report from my GP on his file, which I knew nothing about, and asked questions from that. It was OK but not exactly what I was expecting!
