After ESA50 return was created by winterchild
Hi, I'm not quite sure what to expect now that I have returned a completed ESA50. Three years ago, there was a wait, then a 'phone call to tell me that my relative was to be in the Support Group for three years.
This time, will I get a letter or a 'phone call for the next phase of the process, do you think?
(Sorry if this is covered somewhere already on the site or in the Guides)

The next stage is to see whether you will need a face to face assessment or not, claims are looked at first in, first out and there are still considerable delays in this part of the process with members reporting waits of six months or more.
Your current award remains in payment until a new Decision is made.
