Hi, I have a friend who has been referred back to Health Assessment as 'good reason' given for unable to attend the previous appt. Does she still have one chance til change date which is due to my non-availability..Thanks Thank you!

He will have to ask the Assessment Provider but I would be surprised if they will allow any further changes to appointment.
