PIP MR was created by steven
Hi Gordon

I have a MR pending which I am waiting for more medical evidence to send to the DWP,

Now, Do I have to send them this evidence and list my concerns regarding my assessment or can I just tell them to look at the evidence they already have and and make the MR without anything else from me ?

Then all I have to do is wait for them to fail my MR then I can concentrate on making a really good case for my appeal ?
I just feel like telling the DWP " do your worst I will save my breath for the tribunal""

All my injuries are from a works accident in 2015, I have a claim going through regarding this and My solicitor has said she will represent me at a PIP tribunual (when ever that may be)

Thanks
steven

It's up to you!

Not sending additional evidence may hasten the MR process, although there is no guarantee of this, especially as we head into the holiday period.

Whilst MR revision rates are low, they do happen so you need to consider how much difference this evidence might make to you overturning the current Decision, members are reporting that they have waited for the best part of six months for an appeal hearing.
