At present I am currently in the ESA Support group...Went for an assessment on 10th November and still awaiting a decision...I called DWP on 4th December and requested a copy of the Medical report ESA85. Which I have now received...

It states... Yes - Expeptional Circumstances * is sufferig from some specific disease or bodily or mental disablement...there would be a substantial risk etc if were found not to have limited capability for work etc....

Prognosis - Functional problems & Exceptional Circumstances - I advise that work could be considered within 12 months...

Really don't understand this report, any advice would be much appreciated...

Kind regards

Replied by Gordon on topic ESA Assessment...Still no decision made?

From what you have posted the recommendation is a WRAG award as the letter says "if not found to have Limited Capability for Work", if it had said "Limited Capability for Work Related Activity" then it would have been the Support Group again.

I'm afraid you need to wait for the Decision before you can take any further action.
