Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explain where everything is

Welcome to Benefits and Work

In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

The PIP Claim guide covers completion of the AR1 Review form. The criteria you are being assessed against is the same as it was when you completed the PIP2 originally.

For what it’s worth, on my review form, in the areas where I had points previously, I put no change but they reduced my award and I lost my mobility award altogether. On my MR I put much more detail and after a phone call from a Nurse assessor, My PIP was reinstated to previous level and I got more points than before. So, I would always put as much detail as possible even in the areas where you answer no change.

Basically, if you tick a change then you need to think about supplying the same level of information as you did with the PIP2 so use the examples in the main section of the Claim guide.

How you tick the form has to be your decision, if you are happy with the current award and your conditions have remained constant, then maybe go with "no change".

If you conditions have improved then you must tell the DWP bout how you are now effected.

If your conditions have worsened then you need to look at the overall picture of your claim. For example, if you scored 8 points last time and you think that you may only score an additional 2 or 3 points, then being conservative about the changes may be the way to go, however, if you think you might now score sufficiently for a higher award then you need to think about making a detailed response for those activities where you are now less capable.
