Requet for advise was created by Charlie
Hi, one of my conditions has worsened over the xmas period and my gp.has changed my medication. I.also have more evixence to send to pip whilst waiting for the assesment. Do i send the update on meds and evidence to dwp now. If so should it be sent to the wolverhampton address that my pip form was returned to. Thankyou

If you don't tell them about the change then they cannot consider it!

However, the change can only be considered if you have suffered it for at least three months and whilst your conditions have changed, have the limitations that result from then also done so, as it is these that will be considered?

You can notify the DWP by wiriting to the DWP office dealing with your claim, the address should be on the letter inviting you to claim PIP. I would also take a copy of the letter to your PIP aassessment, if you have one.
