Moving address 2 doors down. was created by MrFibro
Hi to all, and all the best for 2018.

I have a quick query, and i'd be grateful if you could give me some advice on me wanting to move home.

I moved 15 months ago into my present address. But now another property only 2 doors away from me in the same street is coming up or grabs.

This property seems better suited for my needs, hence me wanting anther move. Everything will be the same as now, all except my door number will change.

My question is this,,, would moving a couple of doors down, trigger another ESA assessment? even though I was placed in the support group in September 2017?

Second question is,,, would the housing, put me on Universal credit? Even though my postcode area wont be on UC until later in 2018 i think>

Thanks for your reading and kind regards.

Mr F

Changing address will not trigger an ESA assessment and moving within the same Local Authority will not require a claim for UC, so you will be fine to move without problem.
