So i have finally been asked to apply for Pip - i have dreaded getting this letter☹ first question is how long does the whole process take? I have been on higher rate mobility and care for around 10 years and suffer with MS

My best estimate is about 16 weeks.

Our PIP Claim guide explains the process and has a list of the questions you will be asked when you make a call to claim PIP.
