HP REPORT and PA5 was created by Rach666
Hi, the HP report has a start and stop time of the assessment not only exagerating times of assessment but her end time is that wrong that i was not even still in the assessment building. Does this add any weight to the other errors in the PA4.....also does the same HP have to produce a PA5. I am struggling to get any local welfare help and fighting tribunal alone as i am due to lose my mobility vehicle. Any help appreciated.

The thing to ask yourself when looking at the problems with the report is in what way does highlighting this issue help me to score points. problems with the times on the report may indicate a slap dash approach to it's production but are unlikely to help you score the points for an award.

As far as I am aware a PA5 is only produced if the report is sent back to the assessor by the DWP for further comment.

Concentrate on showing that you meet the PIP criteria and deal with issues in the report that argue against your doing this.

Thanks so much for your reply. I understand it may not change anything in itself such as times, but i am using it to hopefully highlight the lack of general Day to Day abiliities that are missing from the report, as the DWP are stating the HP report was full and factual but does not even state whom i live with, children etc. The PA5 states the FME but i never submitted any at the time and can only think it was something the DWP have submitted. Either way it never changed the decision, i was just wondering should it be the same HCP that looks at the further evidence. As mine has been looked at by a HCP i have never seen.

Thanks. Well due to a house move and losing some old medical info, i am awaiting medical records. My MP is willing to help as i had contacted Tanni Gray Thompson whom seemed very helpful in getting the MP involved. I will not give up without a fight. My conditions mainly are Cauda Equina, Degenerative Disc Disease and Foot Drop....Last appeal was overturned before appeal but looks like going all the way with this. And a nice ESA assessment looming also. I am sure they do it to drag us down. I am sure i will have plenty more questions before i am done.
